Are the boats handicap accessible?
The design of both the boat and the slip cannot accommodate handicap guests. The vessel has weight and space limitations, and boarding requires a degree of physical fitness and ability. Please inform us of any special conditions at the time of booking so there are no disappointments on the day of the cruise. Passenger safety and comfort are our number one concern.
Is there a restroom?
Our boats do not have a restroom on board, so please keep that in mind before departing. However, our guests can use the restrooms at our slip location at 111 Liberty.
What activities are not permitted during lake tours?
For passenger safety, our tours are non-smoking/vaping and swimming from the boat is not permitted at any time.
Are beverages allowed on the boats?
Yes, you can bring beverages, but please keep in mind that the boat does not have cup holders or accommodations for a cooler. For passenger safety concerns, no glass bottles or containers of any kind are allowed on the boat. We take littering very seriously. The cleanliness of the lake is important to maintaining its natural beauty and attraction. We ask you to use the receptacles on board and refrain from tossing any items overboard.
POLICIES
- Quoted tour prices do not include New York State Sales Tax.
- Maximum capacity is six (6) passengers.
- PLEASE be on time. The tour starts at the scheduled time whether the boat leaves the slip or not.
- All tours, including private charters, require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure the day and time. The remaining tour amount will then be charged on the day of the scheduled cruise.
- We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, and previously established business accounts.
- The captain reserves all rights in determining whether the vessel leaves the dock or returns early due to weather conditions or the conduct of passengers. All rides are subject to cancellation or modification due to weather conditions or conduct at the judgment of the captain. Cancellations due to inclement weather are rescheduled based on availability or otherwise 100% fully refunded.
- If you need to cancel your tour, the remaining balance will not be charged, but the deposit amount is not refunded. “No shows” will be charged the full tour amount on the scheduled day of the tour.
- By booking a tour, you agree to the above policies and waive any liability towards Hutton Farm, LLC, Aqueous Systems, Inc., and 111 Liberty.
- A twenty-four (24) hour notice is required if you need to cancel. The remaining balance will not be charged, but the deposit amount is not refunded. “No shows” will be charged the full tour amount on the scheduled day of the tour.
